New DVD releases for young people provide little thrills and tiny chills, but not too much scary stuff for Halloween this year.

Halloween fun on DVD includes some classics (Mad Monster Party) and newer favorites (Goosebumps). These children’s releases come out in September in order to get a month’s worth of trick or treat excitement before the actual holiday on October 31.
